THE ADAP ADVOCACY ASSOCIATION AAA+ IS A NATIONAL 501C3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ADAPS AND IMPROVE ACCESS TO CARE FOR PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV AIDS.

THE ADAP DIRECTORY IS A NEW INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO LINKING PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AIDS TO THE INFORMATION RESOURCES MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT OPTIONS THAT WILL KEEP THEM HEALTHY PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. THE ADAP DIRECTORY CONSOLIDATES USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT STATE AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FROM ALL 50 STATES AND 6 TERRITORIES INTO ONE CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR EASY ACCESS TO ADAP RESOURCE UPDATED INFORMATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL STATES AND TERRITORIES AND UNIFORM PRESENTATION OF ADAP INFORMATION FOR EFFECTIVE ADVOCACY.


THE ADAP SCHOLARSHIP FUND IS RESTRICTED FUND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AIDS AND THEIR SUPPORTS SO THEY CAN ATTEND ADAP RELATED ADVOCACY AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS. THE ADAP SCHOLARSHIP FUND ENSURES THAT THE VOICE OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AIDS IS HEARD ESPECIALLY WITH THE RESPECT TO PUBLIC POLICY DECISIONS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY IMPACT THE STATE AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.


THE RYAN WHITE GRANTEES 340B PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE EDUCATION RESOURCE AND TOOLS FOR ADVOCATES SEEKING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NATIONAL CONVERSATION ABOUT REFORMING THE 340B DRUG DISCOUNT PROGRAM.
