SERVICES INCLUDE MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT, TRANSPORTATION, PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, RENTAL AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE, HIV TESTING, HIV PREVENTION AND EDUCATION, MEALS PROGRAM, OUTREACH, MEDICATION AND BENEFIT ASSISTANCE, ADHERENCE SUPPORT AND YOUTH SERVICES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE LGBTQ AND PERSONS WITH HIV/AIDS.
THE 340B PHARMACY PROGRAM IS A FEDERAL PHARMACY PROGRAM WITHIN THE OFFICE OF PHARMACY AFFAIRS AT HRSA. THE ORGANIZATION IS A "COVERED ENTITY" WITHIN THIS PROGRAM AND THEREFORE ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE HIV MEDIATIONS AND STI/PREP MEDICATIONS AT REDUCED PRICES FROM WHOLESALE MANUFACTURERS. THE ORGANIZATION CONTRACTS WITH MULTIPLE CONTRACT PHARMACIES TO DISPENSE MEDICATIONS TO ELIGIBLE CLIENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.
