PROVIDE FUNDING TO TITLE I STUDENTS TO ASSIST IN FURTHERING THEIR EDUCATION. STUDENTS ARE SELECTED BASED UPON AN APPLICATION PROCESS RELATING TO ACADEMIC ACHEIVEMENT AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
