ASSIST AT-RISK JOB SEEKERS, EX-OFFENDERS, THE UNEMPLOYED AND THE HOMELESS ESTABLISH STABILITY THROUGH CAREER AND JOB TRAINING, SKILLS ENHANCEMENT AND BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION, RESUME SERVICE, TRANSPORTATION SUPPORT AND HOUSING SERVICES.

HOUSING SERVICES: CONTINUED TO STAY CONSTANT, BUT COVID IMPACTED OUR TENANTS, WHICH RESULTED IN A DECREASE IN RENTAL PAYMENTS. WE EXPANDED INTO HOME LOCATION SERVICES TO CITIZENS WITH CRIMINAL, EVICTIONS, AND EMPLOYMENT CHALLENGES TO ENHANCE THE HOUSING SERVICE SECTOR OF THE ORGANIZATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED COVID ASSISTANCE IN THIS AREA FOR TENANTS THAT APPLIED AND QUALIFIED. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: A 25% INCREASE IN VEHICLE ACQUISITIONS FROM THE AUTO DONATION CENTER ASSISTED THE ORGANIZATION WITH MAINTAINING SUSTAINABILITY DURING COVID'S IMPACT ON HOUSING ACQUISITIONS. DISCOUNTED VEHICLE ACQUISITIONS AND SELLS WERE INCREASED DUE TO RETAIL CAR PRICE ESCALATION, THUS BUDGET FRIENDLY PRICES WE PROVIDED HELPED OVER 19 FAMILIES ACQUIRE SAFE, INTEGRITY TRANSPORTATION MEANS. JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE & COMMUNITY SERVICE SECTORS INCREASED DUE TO IN-DEMAND EMPLOYMENT FOR THOSE DEEMED AT RISK, ALONG WITH COVID MANDATES WHICH BROUGHT IN MORE CLIENTS. ALONG WITH THE COURTS BEING CLOSED OR DOING ZOOM SESSIONS, JUDGES INCREASED IN SENTENCING JUSTICE INVOLVED CITIZENS WITH MORE COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS INSTEAD OF SENDING THEM TO JAIL OR PRISON.
