AS A COURT APPOINTED RECEIVER OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF MARYLAND FOR BALTIMORE CITY, THE ORGANIZATION FACILITATES THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF VACANT PROPERTIES THAT HAVE BEEN DEEMED A NUISANCE. THE ORGANIZATION EVALUATES BUYERS TO DETERMINE THAT THEY HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND FINANCIAL ABILITY TO REHABILITATE THE PROPERTIES CONDUCTS PUBLIC AUCTIONS COORDINATES PROPERTY SETTLEMENTS AND REPORTS TO THE DISTRICT COURT INFORMATION ON ALL TRANSACTIONS.
