DOUBLE CURE MEDICAL CENTER ECHOES (WWW.SUPPORTECHOES.COM) SUPPORTS THE DOUBLE CURE MEDICAL CENTER, IN MPIGI, UGANDA, WHICH SERVES THE COMMUNITY OF MPIGI AND ITS OUTLYING VILLAGES TO PAY VARIOUS EXPENSES SUCH AS SALARIES, OUTREACH, AND SUPPLIES. ECHOES CONTINUED TO PAY SALARIES FOR THE MEDICAL PERSONNEL AND PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE DOCTORS AND NURSES TO GO ON OUTREACH MISSIONS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO CANNOT GET INTO THE CENTER. FUNDING WAS SUPPLIED FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS INCLUDING AN INCINERATOR, IMMUNIZATION ROOM, PARKING LOT, FURNITURE, AND COMPLETION OF THE STAFF QUARTERS. UPDATES WERE MADE TO THE FACILITY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THEPATIENTS AND STAFF AND AID THE RECUPERATION OF THE PATIENTS. ECHOES PROVIDED ONGOING ASSISTANCE WITH SUPPLIES AND FURNISHING AT THE CENTER.
PROJECT ENSONGA - MATERIALS ARE PURCHASED FOR MATERIALS TO CREATE SUSTAINABLE FEMININE HYGIENE KITS FOR UGANDAN PARTNERS. ONGOING FEEDING OF THE 1200 CHILDREN AT TRINITY CHILDRENS CENTER WAS PROVIDED ALONG WITH THE ONGOING SUPPORT FOR THE MATRONS SALARIES. ALSO FUNDED WAS EXPANSION OF EXISTING CLASSROOM SPACE AND THE DESKS AND CHAIRS TO BE USED IN THE CURRENT AND NEW SPACE.
ST. JAMES SCHOOL FOOD DONATION. MONEY WAS GIVEN TO PROVIDE FOOD TO CHILDREN AT THE SCHOOL IN PHILADELPHIA.
