THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE A FLEXIBLE MECHANISM TO FACILITATE THE CONDUCT OF APPROVED MEDICAL RESEARCH AT AND IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE VA PITTSBURGH HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.
