THE ROWLAND THEATRE, INC IS A COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE, PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION OF THE HISTORIC ROWLAND THEATRE BUILDING, WHICH IS LOCATED IN PHILIPSBURG, PA. DURING 2004 - 2013, RESTORATION ADVANCES CONTINUED TO BE MADE, BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY TO THE BUILDING. THE ROWLAND THEATRE BUILDING CONTINUES TO BE ONE OF THE FOCAL POINTS FOR COMMUNITY USE AND ACTIVITIES. THE BUILDING IS USED REGULARLY BY CIVIC GROUPS, SCOUTING ORGANIZATIONS, LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, ALL, FREE OF CHARGE. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO STAND IN ACTIVE SUPPORT OF LOCAL FOOD BANKS AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ACTIVITIES.
