BUILDINGS, GROUNDS AND SECURITY:RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF NATIONALLY SIGNIFICANT BUILDINGS AND LANDSCAPES, AS WELL AS MAINTAINING VISITOR CENTERS AND PUBLIC EDUCATION AND RESEARCH FACILITIES.
INTERPRETATION, EDUCATION AND CULTURAL EVENTS:EDUCATION AND PUBLIC PROGRAMMING TO ADVANCE AND DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE HISTORY AND CHARACTER OF THE HUDSON VALLEY. DURING 2021, 215,718 VISITORS CAME TO THE HISTORIC SITES FOR TOURS AND SEASONAL FESTIVALS AND 2,437 STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS ATTENDED VIRTUAL TOURS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ONLINE.
