ANNUAL CONFERENCE: ISEE HOLDS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE EACH YEAR IN NORTH AMERICA OROTHER COUNTRIES TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP. THE SOCIETYENTERTAINS PROPOSALS PERIODICALLY FROM MEMBERS TO ORGANIZE AND HOST THE ANNUALCONFERENCE. THE WINNING PROPOSALS ARE SELECTED BY PEER REVIEW AND THE SOCIETYPROVIDES OVERSIGHT TO THE ORGANIZERS/HOSTS DURING THE PLANNING PERIOD. THE ANNUALCONFERENCE BRINGS TOGETHER SCIENTISTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD TO EXCHANGE IDEAS ANDMETHODS FOR RESEARCH IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND EPIDEMIOLOGY. THESE AWARDS ARE BENEFICIAL TO THE FIELDOF ENVIRONMENTAL EPIDEMIOLOGY BECAUSE THEY RECOGNIZE EXCELLENCE IN SCIENTIFICPRACTICE IN THE FIELD.
OFFICIAL JOURNAL: THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE SOCIETY IS EPIDEMIOLOGY. ALL MEMBERS RECEIVE A ONE YEAR ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS BI-MONTHLY JOURNAL FOR EACH YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
