CHILDREN AT SCHOOLS, EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTERS, AND AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS PARTICIPATE IN 3-5 INTERACTIVE READING CELEBRATIONS DESIGNED TO ENGAGE CHILDREN IN THE JOY OF READING AND LEARNING.
