YMCA CHILDCARE-PROGRAMS INCLUDE Y-TOTS PRESCHOOL AND DAY CAMP WHICH ARE AVAILABLETO CHILDREN AGES 2-11. WE ALSO OFFER A BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM LOCATED AT TWO ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
YMCA FITNESS-PROGRAMS INCLUDE Y-RIDE,AEROBICS, SILVER SNEAKERS AND OTHER PROGRAMS THAT OFFER ALL AGES AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL FITNESS BY USE OF EQUIPMENT OR A VARIETY OF CLASSES OFFERED BY THE YMCA.
