ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSE IS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL ECONOMIC VIABILITY OF LYCOMING COUNTY.
TOURIST PROMOTION AGENCY PURPOSE IS TO RECRUIT BUSINESS, LEISURE, AND CONVENTION TRAVELERS AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND COMMUNITY IMAGE AND CREATE JOBS.
