AMERICAN LEGION HAL PARKER POST #79 PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS FOR AREA YOUNG MEN WHO DESIRE TO ATTEND NORTH DAKOTA BOYS STATE EACH YEAR. DURING 2017, THERE WERE NO YOUNG MEN IN THE AREA WHO WERE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN NORTH DAKOTA BOYS STATE.
