REACHING AND HELPING INDIVIDUALS THAT LIVE ALONG THE 1,100 RIVERS OF THE AMAZON REGION OF BRAZIL WITH A MEDICAL BOAT. WE DO 10-12 TRIPS EACH YEAR BETWEEN FEBRUARY AND OCTOBER. EACH TRIP IS ABOUT 10 DAYS AND INDIVIDUALS CCOME FROM THE U.S. TO HELP US ON THESE TRIPS. WE TREAT AN AVERAGE OF 400 - 600 PEOPLE ON EACH TRIP. BOTH MEDICAL AND DENTAL.

HELPING BRAZILIANS IN THE AMAZON REGION WITH MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE USING A MEDICAL BOAT. CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT AMAZON BUILDINGS IN THE VILLAGES. CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS: SOCCER PROGRAM AND GREENHOUSE PROJECT. RAISING SOME CHICKENS FOR BOTH EATING AND THE EGGS. WE ALSO HELP 25 OTHER AMAZON MISSIONARIES PROVIDING SMALLER BOATS AND MOTORS FOR EACH ONE AS THEY WORK AND HELP IN THE VILLAGES. THESE MISSIONARY FAMILIES ALSO RECEIVE ANY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE NEEDED. GAS AND DIESEL FUEL FOR ALL THE BOATS. ABOUT 3,500 GALLONS EACH MONTH.
