PROVIDE CERTIFICATES, INFORMATION, AND AWARDS TO RECOGNIZE MEMBER PARTICIPATION IN AMATEUR RADIO ACTIVITIES. PROVIDE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION, AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO MEMBERS AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. SUPPORT THE TEN-TEN INTERNATIONAL NET SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, A SEPARATE 501C3 ORGANIZATION. HOST A WEBSITE AT WWW.TEN-TEN.ORG FOR PUBLIC INFORMATION. PROVIDE INFORMATION AT VARIOUS GATHERINGS OF RADIO OPERATORS, INCLUDING EMERGENCY SERVICE VOLUNTEERS, ABOUT CAPABILITIES AND PROPER USE OF AMATEUR RADIO.
