REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - CANTON COLLEGE FOUNDATION IS SOLE OWNER OF GRASSE RIVER, LLC, HEMLOCK ACRES, LLC, AND RIVER ROO, LLC. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS IS TO ACQUIRE, MAINTAIN, AND MANAGE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COLLEGE. RENTAL REVENUES AND RELATED EXPENSES ARE FROM STUDENT HOUSING DEVELOPED AND MANAGED BY GRASSE RIVER, LLC, AND LAND RENT FROM HEMLOCK ACRES, LLC.
