CHRISTMAS AT THE DEPOT INCLUDED A LADIES TEA, WREATH AUCTION, A BOOK STORE OPEN HOUSE, AND PRIVATE CHRISTMAS PARTY. IT PROVIDED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE COMMUNITY TO TOUR THE MUSEUM IN CONJUCTION WITH THE TOWNS CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING.
2020 SAW THE FINISHING TOUCHES FOR THE REASEARCH ROOM. NEW WINDOWS, PAINTING, NEW VINYL FLOORING, AND FURNITURE. IT IS NOW A COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR RESEARCHING ABOUT CANYON COUNTY AND ITS TWO MAIN CITIES, NAMPA AND CALDWELL.
THE FASHION SHOW HIGHLIGHTS THE STYLES OF BYGONE ERAS. THE LADIES WAITING ROOM IS FESTIVELY SET FOR A LADIES TEA. ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME IN PERIOD DRESS. AND OF COURSE, THE VOLUNTEERS HELP SET THE STAGE IN PERIOD DRESS.
THE POLAR EXPRESS IS AN ANNUAL FAVORITE OF THE COMMUNTY AND IS CHILD FOCUSED. THE MOVIE THE POLAR EXPRESS IS THE CENTWR OF ACTIVITY FOR THE EVENING, THAT INCLUDES HOT CHOCOLATE AND TREATS.
