TO ENRICH THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE GREATER ENID AREA AND SERVE AS A CULTURAL AMBASSADOR TO THE REGION AND STATE. THIS IS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PREDOMINANTLY CLASSICAL SYMPHONIC MUSIC TO AN EVER INCREASING AUDIENCE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DIVERSE POPULATION OF THIS CONSTITUENT COMMUNITY.

THROUGH THE DIVERSITY OF ITS PROGRAMMING, THE ESA SERVES ALL AGES IN ITS 11 COUNTIES OF NW OKLAHOMA SERVICE AREA. THROUGH ITS FREE PERFORMANCES AND OPEN REHEARSALS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, THE ORCHESTRA IS ABLE TO REACH PERSONS OF A SOCIO-ECONOMIC LEVEL WHO WOULD BE UNABLE TO ATTEND DUE TO FINANCIAL RESTRAINTS.
