Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
IN SUPPORT OF ITS MISSION THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUES TO RESTORE THE MANSION TO ITS MID-19TH CENTURY APPEARANCE. CURRENT RESTORATION WORK INCLUDES THE BILLIARD ROOM, THE PANTRIES, THE LOWER GALLERY, AND THE GRAND SALON. THE ASSOCIATION IS ALSO DEVELOPING NEW PUBLIC PROGRAMMING IN SUPPORT OF ITS MISSION OF SHARING THE STORY OF THE HOUSE AND THE PEOPLE WHO LIVED HERE IN THE LARGER CONTEXT OF LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL HISTORY WHILE OFFERING TOURS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. THE MANSION CONTINUES TO BE RENTED TO THIRD PARTIES FOR WEDDING EVENTS.
