UNITED WAY IS LOCALLY OWNED AND LOCALLY GOVERNED AND IS SUPPORTED PRIMARILY THROUGH DONOR CONTRIBUTIONS AND FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES.

CONDUCTS COUNTY-WIDE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS ANNUALLY TO SUPPORT OTHER LOCAL AGENCIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT ADDRESS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES NEEDS IN MARSHALL COUNTY, INDIANA. THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND PHILANTHROPIC PURPOSES.
THE UNITED WAY OF MARSHALL COUNTY, INC. RECEIVED GRANTS AND DONATIONS IN RESPONSE TO AN OVERWHELMING NEED FOR DISASTER RELIEF. THE UNITED WAY OF MARSHALL COUNTY, INC. THE UNITED WAY OF MARSHALL COUNTY RECEIVED A GRANT TO ADVANCE EFFORTS AND FURTHER DEVELOP STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS ON KEY ISSUES IN EDUCATION TO SUPPORT LIFELONG LEARNING AND IMPACT ON SUCCESSFUL FAMILIES, AND HEALTHY COMMUNITIES, IN INCOME THAT WILL HELP LOCAL FAMILIES INCREASE AVAILABLE INCOME ; AND IN HEALTH THAT WILL IMPROVE EDUCATION AND ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND SERVICES RELATED TO NUTRITION AND WELLNESS.
