THE TWO GARDEN CLUBS UTILIZE A CHECKING ACCOUNT DEDICATED TO THE TOUR, USING THE GARDEN CLUB OF NORFOLK'S EIN. ALL INCOME COLLECTED FROM THE TOUR IS BEING DISTRIBUTED TO THE GARDEN CLUB OF VIRGINIA.
GREENS GALORE - AN ANNUAL EVENT WHERE MEMBERS AND OTHERS PRE-ORDER WREATHS, GREENS AND MORE FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
LECTURE EVENT - THE CLUB HOSTED A FUNDRAISING EVENT FOR MEMBERS AND OTHERS WITH GUEST SPEAKER MARGOT SHAW.

IN 2019, THE CLUB PROVIDED $1,500 FOR THE HERMITAGE MUSEUM LECTURE SERIES, $1,057 TO THE PURCHASE OF BENCHES FOR THE UNION MISSION GARDEN, AND $1,150.92 FOR THE GARDENS AT LAKE TAYLOR TRANSITIONAL HOME. IN ADDITION THE CLUB SUPPORTED THE GARDEN CLUB OF VIRGINIA'S CENTENNIAL WITH A DONATION OF $2,500 AND ALSO DONATED $400 TO SUPPORT THE ELIZABETH RIVER PROJECT, SCENIC VIRGINIA, VIRGINIA CONSERVATION NETWORK AND THE CHESAPEAKE BAY FOUNDATION.
