THE ORGANIZATION PLAYS A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS INVOLVING A WIDE RANGE OF COUNTYSTATEHOLDERS TO IDENTIFY COMMUNITY PROBLEMS AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO SOLVE THEM.
