WORKING WITH ITS MEMBERS TO INTERACT TO EXCHNAGE IDEAS, METHODS, AND TECHNIQUES THAT CAN BE USED TO IMPROVE THE 4-H ORGANIZATION WITH THE USE OF MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, AND OTHER MEDIA SOURCES.
