THESE MEETINGS INCLUDE A FALL, WINTER & SPRING CONFERENCE WHICH ATTRACT OVER 300 ATTENDEES AT EACH EVENT; THE MASBO INSTITUTE, WHICH IS A FOUR DAY INTRODUCTION TO ALL AREAS OF SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT; A LEADERSHIP ACADEMY WHICH PROVIDES FOCUSED TRAINING TO SCHOOL BUSINESS OFFICIALS IN ORDER TO OFFER PRACTICAL LEADERSHIP EDUCATION THAT WILL HELP SCHOOL BUSINESS OFFICIALS SUCCEED & EXCEL IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT & PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE RELATIONSHIPS CAN BE ESTABLISHED TO AID IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS BY DRAWING ON THE EXPERIENCES OF THE DIVERSE GROUP OF PARTICIPANTS ALONG WITH KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUALITY INSTRUCTORS; AS WELL AS A CERTIFICATION PROGRAM THAT IS DESIGNED TO TRAIN CURRENT & PROSPECTIVE SCHOOL BUSINESS OFFICIALS, OFFERS PRACTICAL INFORMATION TO ASSIST MEMBERS IN EXCELLING IN THEIR PROFESSION.
