EXCELL ACADEMY FOR GRADES K-8. THE SCHOOL WAS DEVELOPED WITH ALL STUDENTS, ACHIEVEMENT LEVELS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDS AND NATIONALITIES, IN MIND. THE SCHOOL IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING AN ACADEMICALLY CHALLENGING EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE HISTORICALLY BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE OPPORTUNITY. ENROLLMENT WAS 435 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021.EXCELL ACADEMY WAS THE RECEIPIENT OF THE PATHWAY II SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IN FY21 AND WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DEVELOPING A KINDERGARTEN READINESS PROGRAM TO HELP YOUNG STUDENTS PREPARE FOR ENTERING GRADES K-8. THIS PROGRAM IS BEING RUN IN THE COMMUNITY SERVICES FUND OF THE ACADEMY ALONG WITH BEFORE AND AFTER CARE FOR STUDENTS AS WELL AS EMPLOYEE DAYCARE FOR STAFF MEMBERS CHILDREN.
