AS A PROJECT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION IT PARTNERS WITH ARTS AND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS ARTISTS AND CREATIVE INDIVIDUALS TO DELIVER PROGRAMS TO UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.
