THE NATIONAL CONVENTION ENHANCES THE MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND PRODUCTIVITY OF ITS MEMBERS THROUGH FOCUSED WORKSHOPS AND TECHNICAL SESSIONS. IT PROVIDES BRANDING AND IMAGING OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL AS DIVERSITY RECRUITING AND HIRING SOLUTIONS FOR ITS CORPORATE PARTNERS. THE NATIONAL CONVENTION HOSTS A SERIES OF LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS.
