OFFERING CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS IN YOGA AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT. PEOPLE LEARN TO DEVELOP PHYSICAL STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY AND TO VIEW THEIR LIVES WITH MORE MEANING. CLASSES ARE HELD IN REGULAR 6 OR 7 WEEK SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. STUDENTS VARY FROM SESSION TO SESSION. ALL TEACHERS HAVE THE SAME TRAINING AND SERVE ON A VOLUNTEER BASIS.
PUBLISHING OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS RELATED TO CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS. BOOKS AND AUDIO MATERIALS ARE DISTRIBUTED IN THE U.S. AND INTERNATIONALLY TO DISTRIBUTORS, BOOKSTORES, YOGA STUDIOS AND INDIVIDUALS. THESE TEXTS SUPPORT THE CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS NOTED ABOVE BUT FURTHER THAN LOCAL STUDENTS.
