THE FOUNDATION HAS ESTABLISHED A BAR CENTER WHICH PROVIDES SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, ATTORNEYS, AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
