TO PROVIDE NEEDED SUPPORT FOR THOSE LIVING WITH SICKLE CELL, AS WELL AS SUPPORT TO THEIR FAMILIES. MCSCI HAS A NUMBER OF PROGRAMS TO BOTH SUSTAIN AND ENRICH THE QUALITY OF LIFE TO ITS CLIENTS.
