WORK PRESERVE PROVIDES JOB READINESS TRAINING TO YOUTH AND ADULTS WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT.PARTICIPANTS BUILD CRITICAL TRANSFERRABLE JOB SKILLS BY TAKING PART IN SIGNIFICANT ELEMENTS RETAIL OPERATIONS.
SIGNIFICANT ELEMENTS ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE STORE: SELLS DONATED, RECYCLED AND HISTORIC BUILDING MATERIALS AND HOME FURNISHINGS, DIVERTING MATERIALS FROM THE WASTE STREAM. IT PROMOTES PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF HISTORIC BUILDING FABRIC AND SERVES AS A VENUE FOR THE WORK PRESERVE PROGRAM.
