THE ARC OF HAMILTON COUNTY INC. PROVIDED INDEPENDENT SUPPORT COORDINATION SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY ASSESSING OUR CLIENTS' DAILY SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS, DEVELOPING TREATMENT PLANS, ORGANIZING REQUIRED SERVICES TO MEET IDENTIFIED NEEDS, AND SECURING NECESSARY FUNDING THEN MONITORING PROVIDERS' SERVICES INCLUDING IMPLEMENTATION OF TREATMENT PLANS.
