THE ARC OF HAMILTON COUNTY INC. PROVIDED INDEPENDENT SUPPORT COORDINATION SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY ASSESSING OUR CLIENTS' DAILY SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS, DEVELOP TREATMENT PLANS, ORGANIZE REQUIRED SERVICES TO MEET IDENTIFIED NEEDS, SECURE NECESSARY FUNDING THEN MONITOR PROVIDERS' SERVICES INCLUDING IMPLEMENTATION OF TREATMENT PLANS.
