THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A COMMON HUNTING AND FISHING GROUND FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN UNITING THEMSELVES FOR THEIR SOCIAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT AND TO FURTHER PROTECT THE FISH AND GAME RESOURCES IN THEIR LOCAL AREA. THE ORGANIZATION HAD ACQUIRED LOCAL DISTRESSED ANTHRACITE AND BITUMINOUS COAL MINING TRACTS THAT WERE ABANDONED AND WERE FIT TO PROVIDE A COMMON FISHING AND HUNTING FACILITY FOR INTERESTED OUTDOORSMEN. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO PROVIDE LAND IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING ACREAGE OF THE LAND THAT THE CLUB NOW OWNS. THESE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE IMPROVING THE FOREST RESOURCE FOR THE SAKE OF PROVIDING IMPROVED FISH AND GAME HABITAT AND MITIGATING THE POLLUTION EFFECTS THAT WERE ESTABLISHED BY PREVIOUS COAL MINING OPERATIONS CONDUCTED BY PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS WHO OWNED MINERAL RIGHTS ON THESE LANDS.
