THIS IS A RESULT OF CURRENT REVIEWS OF EXPENDITURES AND PRACTICES BY THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA OF ALL TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATIONS, AND CPTMA MANAGEMENT REQUESTING FURTHER CLARIFICATIONS OF NEW PROGRAM AND EXPENDITURE GUIDELINES.
