ACCOMPLISHMENTS- ESTABLISHED A MEDICAID QUALIFIED POOLED TRUST. SERVES AS CORPORATE TRUSTEE FOR POOLED, PAYBACK AND THIRD PARTY FUNDED SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THESE TRUSTS ENABLE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES TO PROTECT ASSETS FOR THE BENEFIT OF AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY, WHILE STILL MAINTAINING ELIGIBILITY FOR ESSENTIAL MEANS-TESTED GOVERNMENT BENEFITS. ESTABLISHED A FUTURE PLANNING PROGRAM TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES REGARDING TOPICS PERTAINING TO FUTURE PLANNING.
