EXPANDING THE AVAILABILITY OF HOUSING TO VERY LOW, LOW & MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE AND FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS. WE STRIVE TO COLLABORATE WITH LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS. A RECENT EXAMPLE IS THE 48 APARTMENT STEELTOWN VILLAGE, AN AFFORDABLE WORKFORCE HOUSING COMMUNITY, UTILIZING FEDERAL LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS AND OTHER PUBLIC AND PRIVATE FUNDING SOURCES. CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETE AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2018.
