THE RESIDENTIAL FACILITY CONSISTS OF 130 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS, 45 LICENSED ASSISTED LIVING BEDS, AND A HEALTHCARE CENTER CONSISTING OF 40 LICENSED NURSING BEDS.
