THE HALL'S ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF: (1) SOCIAL SERVICES FUNDED BY CONTRACTS WITH DHS AND HASA AND A GRANT FROM HUD AND (2) LOW INCOME HOUSING, SPECIFICALLY FOR RESIDENTIAL TENANTS WHOSE GOVERNMENT RENT SUBSIDIES ARE OBTAINED FROM HUD'S SECTION 8 PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY HPD. HSI OWNS A 99.9% LIMITED PARTNERSHIP INTEREST IN KENMORE ASSOCIATES LP WHICH OPERATES THE HALL. THE GENERAL PARTNER AND OTHER OWNER OF KENMORE ASSOCIATES LP IS KENMORE HOUSING CORPORATION, A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF KENMORE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND CORP WHICH IS AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION RELATED TO HSI.
