SOCIAL SERVICE CONTRACTS: HSI HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE HIV/AIDS SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION, A DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK, TO PROVIDE SCATTER-SITE HOUSING SERVICES FOR UP TO 100 CLIENTS, CONSISTING OF 75 SINGLE ADULTS AND 25 FAMILIES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED HOMELESSNESS AND LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS, SITUATED IN UPPER MANHATTAN AND THE BRONX, NEW YORK.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES: HSI PROVIDES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO THE LOW INCOME PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROJECTS KNOWN AS THE CECIL, KENMORE HALL AND THE NARRAGANSETT. THE PROJECTS ARE CONTROLLED BY HSI THROUGH A COMMONALITY OF TRUSTEES AND OFFICERS.
