YOUTHBUILD PHILADELPHIA CHARTER SCHOOL PROVIDES YOUNG ADULTS 17-20 YEARS OLD WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL WITH A CHANCE TO EARN A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND DEVELOP MEANINGFUL JOB SKILLS THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO LEARNING. THE PROGRAM BLENDS A RIGOROUS ACADEMIC CURRICULUM WITH HANDS-ON, INDUSTRY-RECOGNIZED VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND PREPARATION THROUGH COMMUNITY SERVICE. THROUGH OUR PROGRAM, STUDENTS DEVELOP REAL-WORLD SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS THAT ARE A FIRST STEP ON A CAREER LADDER IN A HIGH DEMAND INDUSTRY IN ORDER TO BREAK THE CYCLES OF POVERTY AND UNDER-EDUCATION IN OUR COMMUNITY.
