THE MUSEUM SERVES OVER 75,000 VISITORS ANNUALLY, INCLUDING 20,000 CHILDREN THROUGH CLASS TRIPS UNDERWRITTEN BY A CORPORATE SPONSOR AND THROUGH THE EDUCATION CLASSES AND CAMPS. THE MUSEUM HAS APPROXIMATELY 3,000 MEMBER HOUSEHOLDS, WHICH INCLUDES CORPORATE MEMBERS. THE MUSEUM OFFERS A VARIETY OF LECTURES, WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, MUSICAL PERFORMANCES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATED TO ITS DIVERSE CHANGING EXHIBITIONS PROGRAM. THE MUSEUM'S FOCUSED PERMANENT COLLECTION IS SUPPLEMENTED BY OVER 10 CHANGING EXHIBITIONS ANNUALLY DRAWN FROM A BROAD RANGE OF ART, HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL GENRES. THE MUSEUM HAS PUBLISHED OVER 50 CATALOGUES DOCUMENTING ITS RESEARCH AND EXHIBITION ACTIVITIES DURING THE PAST THIRTY YEARS. AMERICAN PAINTINGS, DRAWINGS, SCULPTURE, CRAFT AND DECORATIVE OBJECTS COMPRISE THE PERMANENT COLLECTION OF OVER 3,500 ITEMS DOCUMENTING THE REGION'S RICH ARTISTIC HERITAGE FROM THE 19TH THROUGH THE 21ST CENTURIES.
