THE MUSEUM'S EXHIBITIONS WERE ACCOMPANIED BY GALLERY TOURS CONDUCTED BY ARTISTS, CURATORS AND EDUCATORS; FILM SCREENINGS; WORKSHOPS; ARTIST DISCUSSIONS AND PANELS; READINGS AND PERFORMANCES. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023, THE MUSEUM PRESENTED THE FOLLOWING EXHIBITIONS: JAMEL SHABAZZ: EYES ON THE STREETS, DAYDREAM 360: NY TEEN ARTISTS CURATED BY BRONX MUSEUM'S TEEN COUNCIL, EARTHSEED: AIM ARTIST IN RESIDENCE BY TIFFANY SMITH, MEDICINA DE AMOR: AIM ARTIST IN RESIDENCE BY GERARDO DEXTER CIPRIAN, ABIGAIL DEVILLE: BRONX HEAVENS, SWAGGER AND TENDERNESS: THE SOUTH BRONX PORTAITS BY JOHN AHEARN AND RIGOBERTO TORRES, DARREL ELLIS: REGENERATION, UNMASKING COMMUNITY: NY TEEN ARTISTS CURATED BY BRONX MUSEUM'S TEEN COUNCIL, AND DIANNE SMITH: TWO TURNTABLES AND A MICROPHONE.


ONGOING EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDED THE GROUP VISITS PROGRAM; FAMILY AFFAIR; TEEN SUMMER PROGRAM; SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS WITH PS 73 AND IS 218; AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS SUCH AS TEEN COUNCIL, THE CASA PROGRAM WITH PS 73, AND TEEN THURSDAYS. THROUGH THE CITY-WIDE ART A CATALYST FOR CHANGE ANTI-GUN VIOLENCE INITIATIVE, FOUR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS CONTINUED WITH LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOLS: I.S. 218, MS 301, MS 22, AND SCHOOL FOR EXCELLENCE HIGH SCHOOL.
