THE SOCIETY MAINTAINS AN ONLINE MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY AND THE RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE LINKS MODULE AS PART OF SROA WEBSITE, SPONSORS A MENTOR- MENTEE MATCHING PROGRAM, CONDUCTS ANNUAL SALARY BENCHMARKING SURVEYS, AND IDENTIFIES AND DEVELOPS BEST PRACTICE RESOURCES FOR MEMBERS.
THE SOCIETY SEEKS TO ENHANCE COMMUNICATION AMONG VENDORS, MEMBERS, AND WRITERS IN THE FIELD OF RADIATION ONCOLOGY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOCIETY AS A WHOLE AND THE PATIENTS THAT SROAS MEMBERS SERVE, AND TO ENSURE SROAS MEMBERS RECEIVE QUALITY, RELEVANT CONTENT THAT MEETS HIGH EDITORIAL STANDARDS. SROA DISSEMINATES INFORMATION BY PUBLISHING FOUR QUARTERLY NEWSLETTERS AND A SUPPLEMENTAL BILLING AND CODING EDITION PRODUCING EBOOSTS FOR MEMBERS, PROVIDING AN ONLINE COMMUNITY AND MAINTAINING A WEBSITE.
