THE TRUST HAS 8 MEMBER EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUSTS COVERING APPROXIMATELY 28,000 EMPLOYEES FOR WHICH IT ACTS AS A CONDUIT FOR THE PURCHASE OF STOP LOSS INSURANCE. THE TRUST ALSO ACTS AS A CONDUIT FOR A LIFE INSURANCE PLAN OF WHICH THERE ARE TWO PARTICIPATING MEMBER TRUSTS.
