THE MISSION OF PASAE IS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY OF ASSOCIATION LEADERS THAT INSPIRE AND PROMOTE EXCELLENCE. WE DO THIS THROUGH EDUCATION AND THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, PROVIDING ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT RESOURCES AND TOOLS, FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ASSOCIATION PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS, AND PUBLICLY ADVANCING THE ASSOCIATION INDUSTRY.

TASTE OF SUCCESS, PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERIES, ARE LUNCH AND LEARN STYLE SEMINARS GUIDED BY LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL SPEAKERS THAT PROVIDE ESSENTIAL INFORMATION, BEST PRACTICES, CURRENT RESEARCH RESULTS, AND ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES TO GUIDE OUR ASSOCIATION AND BUSINESS PARTNER EMPLOYEES IN DAILY OPERATIONS AND ADVANCEMENT. GIVEN THE INFLUX AND GROWTH OF THE ASSOCIATION INDUSTRY, BASIC AND INTRODUCTORY TRAINING IS NEED FOR STAFF AND LEADERS ON A REOCCURRING BASIS TO ADDRESS FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS AND THE CHANGING ENVIRONMENT & ECONOMY. THOSE ATTENDING ALSO EARN CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDITS TOWARD THE CERTIFIED ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVE ((CAE) AND THE CERTIFIED MEETING PLANNER (CMP) CERTIFICATIONS.
EDUCATION SUMMIT AND EXPO - THE PASAE EDUCATION SUMMIT AND EXPO BRINGS TOGETHER OVER 200 PROFESSIONALS FOR EDUCATION, NETWORKING AND ACCESS TO EACH OTHER AS ASSOCIATIONS AND VENDORS. NATIONALLY ACCOMPLISHED SPEAKERS PROVIDE INSIGHTS ON NEW GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, HUMAN RESOURCE ISSUES, GENERATIONAL HIRING AND EVENT PLANNING. THE HOURS OF ATTENDANCE PROVIDE ATTENDEES WITH CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR CAE AND CMP CERTIFICATIONS. AN EXPO MARKETPLACE ALLOWS ASSOCIATION PROFESSIONALS TO MEET WITH BUSINESS VENDORS THAT PROVIDE VALUABLE SERVICES TO THE INDUSTRY.
