INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT OF MUSICAL ARRANGEMENTS AND DRILL COPY FOR ANNUAL MARCHING BAND PROGRAM. ALSO INCLUDES TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION AND COACHING PROVIDED TO MARCHING BAND MEMBERS TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM. EVERY TWO YEARS THE MARCHING BAND TRAVELS TO EITHER A MAJOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL BOWL GAME TO PERFORM IN THE HALF-TIME SHOW OR A POPULAR VACATION RESORT TO PERFORM IN A PARADE. IN DECEMBER 2017, THE MARCHING BAND TRAVELED TO PHILADELPHIA, PA FOR THE ANNUAL THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE.
PURCHASE OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND INDOOR COLOR GUARD INCLUDES THE ACQUISITION OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR USE IN THE MARCHING BAND PROGRAM. ALSO INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT OF THE ANNUAL INDOOR COLOR GUARD PROGRAM AND INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANCE TO CARRY IT OUT.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND UNIFORM ACQUISITION INCLUDES ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF ALL MARCHING BAND MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT. ALSO INCLUDES THE ANNUAL ACQUISITION OF COLOR GUARD UNIFORMS TO COMPLEMENT AND ENHANCE THE MARCHING BAND PROGRAM.
