THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CONTINUING EDUCATION TO FAMILY PHYSICIANS AND AN ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM FOR NETWORKING, TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. THE ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM IS OPEN TO OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIANS AS WELL AS ALLOPATHIC AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS. APPROXIMATELY 350 PHYSICIANS AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ATTEND THE SYMPOSIUM EACH YEAR. LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS OFFER UP TO 20 HOURS CATEGORY 1A AOA APPROVED CREDITS FOR THE ATTENDEES. ATTENDEES COMPLETE A FORM TO ATTEST TO THE NUMBER OF HOURS EARNED DURING THE EVENT.
