FOR THE 2021 YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION RAN THE ESCUCHA! YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM; SERVING APPROX. 40 STUDENTS FROM THE LOCAL AREA. SESSIONS CONTINUED TO BE VIA ZOOM FORMAT DUE TO COVID. STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE PROJECTS. IN ADDITION, THE SENIORS TEAM PARTICIPATED IN A PERSONAL STATEMENT WORKSHOPS AND ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS REGARDING COLLEGE READINESS. IN ADDITION TO THE EXPENSES SHOWN ON LINE 28. THE ESCUCHA! YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM HAD VOLUNTEERS THAT DONATED THEIR TIME, EITHER AS MENTORS OF STUDENTS, WORKSHOP PRESENTERS OR SERVING AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. IN THE YEAR 2021, THE PROGRAM HAD A TOTAL OF 10 VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTING APPROX. 800 HOURS OF SERVICE.
