GSCS PROVIDES A BROAD PERSPECTIVE REFLECTING THE CONCERNS OF EDUCATORS, SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS, COMMUNITIES AND PARENTS. GSCS EMPHASIZES AND ADVOCATES ON THE INTER-RELATED ISSUES OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES AND RATIONAL SCHOOL FINANCE. (SEE SCHEDULE O FOR FURTHER DETAILS).
