HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - AHEAD ACQUIRES AND REHABILITATES PRIMARILY SUBSTANDARD RENTAL HOUSING INTO QUALITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND ALSO CONSTRUCTS NEW AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING. AHEAD INTENDS TO KEEP THISHOUSING AVAILABLE AND AFFORDABLE TO HOUSEHOLDS AT OR BELOW 80% OF MEDIAN INCOME FOR A MINIMUM OF 20 YEARS.
